There are a couple ways of connecting Deskfound to your Slack Workspace:
During the onboarding process, i.e. Getting started.
In account settings page.
Method 1. When setting up your account for the first time (as an Admin), follow the steps on Getting started page until you reach the "Connect with Slack" step.
Click on "Connect to your Slack account" button and follow the prompts. Once completed, you will be redirected back to where you left off.
When joining an account for the first time (as a Team Member), follow the steps until you reach the "Link your Slack user" step.
Click on "Connect your Slack user" button and follow the prompts. Once completed, you will be redirected back to where you left off.
Method 2. If you've skipped the above steps in Getting started page, you can still connect to your Slack by visiting the Slack tab under Settings page. To do this:
Click on your profile picture and select Settings.
On the Settings page, click on Slack tab (visible to Admins only) and press "Connect to Slack".
You will go through Slack prompts. Once completed, you will be redirected back to where you left off.
Once an Admin authorizes Deskfound to connect to your Workspace, you will be able to connect your Slack user (as a Team Member). To do this:
