You can add locations in a couple of ways:
During the onboarding process, i.e. Getting started.
In Account settings page.
Method 1. When setting up your account for the first time (as an Admin), follow the steps on Getting started page until you reach the "Add office locations" step.
Enter your location name and location address, then press "Add".
Method 2. Another way of adding locations is from Account settings. To do this:
Click on your profile picture and select Settings
On the Settings page, click on Locations tab (visible to Admins only)
Scroll down and click on "+Add location". Then enter location name, address, status, weekends and temperature settings. Click save.
Once locations are setup, you can modify and update your locations: name, image, address, settings, floorplans, print desk labels, location desks and statuses. See the image below.
Click on image thumbnail to link an image from Google, URL linked image or upload your own.
Click on location name to update it.
Click on location address to update it by linking to Google Maps. Enter the location's address then press "Link" to save it.
Click on Settings to modify location's Temperature setting (Celsius or Fahrenheit), set Weekends mode to On/Off, limit on number of dogs allowed. You can also add an office contact as well as office instructions and useful notes.
Click on Floorplans to upload, rename and remove floorplan images.
Click on Print Desk Labels to generate a printable PDF file.
Click on desks to add, rename and remove areas as well as add, rename and remove desks. You can click on individual desk names to open a desk window and modify it's: number, desk name, desk owner, desk type and see desk stats.
Click on Status dropdown and select: Open, Closed, Archived or Draft.
Open locations are accessible to users and can be used to book desks.
Closed locations are accessible to users but users cannot book desks.
Archived locations are not accessible to users and cannot be booked. Archived locations are hidden from Locations list. You can view them again by clicking "Show archived" button in the top-right corner of the locations list.
Draft locations are not accessible to users and are visible to admins only.
