🐶How to set up and make dog bookings

Bring a dog with you to the office when you book a desk.

Enable dog bookings

First you will need to enable dog bookings on a location. Please note that you must be an Admin to have access to location settings.

  1. On this same Settings page, navigate to "Locations" tab and click "Settings" on a location

  2. In the popup window enter a number of dogs allowed per office (limit 3)

Add a dog and make dog bookings

Add your dog and make a dog booking by following these steps:

  1. Click on your profile photo and select settings

  2. Under "Personal" tab, scroll down to "Dog preferences" and click on Add dog profile

  3. Add a dog name and a profile photo then hit Save

Please note, there is a limit of 2 dog profiles per user.

Now that you have created a dog profile you are ready to create a dog booking.

  1. Navigate to "Book Desks" page and you will see a row for dog bookings (if doing bookings have been enabled for that location).

  2. Make a regular desk booking for yourself then select one of the available slots to create a dog booking.
