How to use a Reports page

The reports can be accessed by both admin and non-admin users with slight differences:

  1. Admin users have access to personal reporting history, location and attendance reporting.

  2. Standard users have access to personal reporting history only.

Personal History

Under personal history tab you can view your own daily and weekly booking history. You can filter by location or date ranges. You can view your average bookings per week and percentage in office.

Location

The location tab is only accessible to admins. Here you can view your accounts: desk bookings with desk capacities along with parking* reservations and capacities. You can filter by location and number of days. You can also export the data in a CSV file format.

*Please note, parking reservation data is only available for locations with parking enabled. You can easily enable parking for any location by adding parking stalls from "Book Desks" page.

Attendance

Attendance tab is only available to admins. Here you can view and export individual user data. You can filter by users, locations and date ranges.
